Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any justification. As above, but the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required, but shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and pay your refund.
