Shipping policy

Shipping fees (within Japan)
-In Japan
Shipping fee is a flat rate of 300 yen
Shipping is free for purchases totaling 3,300 yen or more.
For rentals, regardless of the total amount, a round-trip shipping fee will be added per item, ranging from 3,300 yen to 5,500 yen depending on the delivery location (Japan only).

- Overseas
EMS shipping fees will be added. Please check the payment page.
Customs duties and various taxes may be required upon receipt, which must be paid by the buyer.

About delivery method
We will use either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post.
You cannot specify a delivery company.
Delivery dates and times cannot be specified when placing an order.
Please make arrangements with each delivery company.

Delays and damage caused by delivery companies
We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or damage to products caused by reasons attributable to the delivery company.
If any trouble or dispute arises between you and the delivery company, you shall resolve it at your own responsibility and expense, and our company shall be under no obligation to become involved in such trouble or dispute.

Handling when delivery is not completed
If we are unable to complete delivery of the product, we may collect the product and charge you for the costs incurred in its collection (including fees to the delivery company), and we may, at our discretion, cancel the contract for the product.
