■About equipment
If there is any damage or defect in the product, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement.
After a few runs, the wax may wear off and the glide may worsen. Please maintain your equipment with wax as needed.

Do not stick stickers or anything on the snow scooter body or board.
After use, open the storage case and let it dry. Do not seal it while it is still wet.
Please store the storage case indoors. Do not store it outdoors.

■About support insurance
Insurance for damage to rental equipment is included as a standard part of the service.
The application will incur a processing fee of 2,000 yen per submission.
（However, for damage to the leash code, bushing, or grip, only shipping costs will apply.）
The shipping costs for sending replacement items or for exchanges and repairs will be borne by the customer.
The warranty does not cover injuries, hospital visits, or death of the user or third parties. Please make sure to subscribe individually.
In the case of theft, a theft report will be required, so please complete the procedure at the nearest police station and then contact us.

The following shipping fees will be added depending on the delivery area for the round-trip shipping.

⑤Tokai 3,630 yen（Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie）
⑥ Hokuriku 3,630 yen（Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui）
⑦ Kansai 3,850 yen（Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama）
⑧ China 4,400 yen（Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi）
⑨ Shikoku 4,400 yen（Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime, Kochi）
⑩ Kitakyushu 4,950 yen（Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita）
⑪ South Kyushu 4,950 yen（Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Kagoshima）

■Regarding return
※For rentals at a branch store, please return them directly to the store where you borrowed them.
Please return it using the enclosed delivery slip.（We are including Yamato Transport's cash-on-delivery (COD) slip.）
Please send the return by Yamato Transport on the last day of the rental or the following day.
Methods of return other than this are possible, but the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
If you return the item through a carrier other than Yamato Transport and choose cash on delivery, we will charge you for the shipping cost separately.
If you are unable to return the item by the deadline, please contact us immediately when you realize this.
We will send a separate bill for the late fee.（5,000 yen per day）
