■ Regarding equipment, if there is any damage or defect in the product, please contact us and we will replace it.
After several runs the wax may come off and the skis may become less slippery, so please maintain the skis with wax yourself.

■Request: Please do not attach stickers or other items to the Snowscoot body or board.
After use, open the storage case and allow it to dry. Do not seal it while it is still damp.
Store the storage case indoors. Do not store it outdoors.

■About support insurance: Insurance against damage to rental equipment is included as standard in the service.
An administrative fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for each application.
(However, if the leash cord, bushing, or grip is damaged, only the shipping fee will be charged.)
You will be responsible for shipping costs for sending replacement items or for exchange or repair.
This does not include coverage for injuries, hospital visits, or death to the user or third parties. Please enroll in such coverage on your own.
In the event of theft, you will need to report the theft at your nearest police station, so please complete the procedure and then contact us.

■Regarding shipping charges, the following round-trip shipping charges will be added depending on the delivery area.

■About returns *If you rent from an intermediary store, please return the item directly to the store where you rented it.
When returning the item, please use the enclosed shipping slip. (We have included a cash-on-delivery slip for Yamato Transport.)
Please return the item via Yamato Transport on the last day of your rental or the next day.
Other return methods are available, but the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
→If you choose to return the item via a service other than Yamato Transport and pay on delivery, we will charge you the shipping fee separately.
If you are unable to return the item by the due date, please contact us as soon as possible. → We will charge you a late fee separately (5,000 yen per day).
